Customs Clearance forms

We are packing as we speak.

Do we need to itemise all of the contents of each box?

or merely a vague description.

In other words what should we put down on "our" list.

We havent yet been given any other documentation by the shippers. Are we likely to get something from them?

I know we have to indicate where there are wooden items, skins furs etc.

Any other help/advice will be useful.

This attached is the form that you'll have to fill out for customs if you don't have it already.

This website may help you as well.
www.aqis.gov.au

I'm currently packing as well, on 'my' list I'm writing things that make sense to me (extra clothes, work clothes, photos & albums); the paper I've been given to give to customs only gives a couple of lines, so I've been writing things like 'clothes' 'CD's' 'books' etc

You need to indictate where shoes are too.
