The best one of the comments I've found on the Courier story.....
"I had a baby during DS time and forever after had a child who demanded to be fed at 5.am, not 6 am. Also elderly nursing home patients were having their breakfast at 7am not 8am. They have to be dressed to go to breakfast in the common eating room and it was very hard for them. At the other end of the day they had to spend a very long night before they could go to bed. Cows sure do not tell the time by a clock and they will not let their milk down until it is time by their time clock. Farmers do get up at daylight in the summer. It is harvest time during DS time. Their wives are serving meals at 10pm DS time and doing dishes at 11pm at night. Their children have to catch buses before 8 am - 7am DS time. The little first graders are asleep on the bus and have to lay down at school because they are too tired to do their school lessons. Who cares about the children, mothers, farmers and elderly people..........."

My toddler must be wierd too, as she adapts very quickly- probably 2 days. Maybe I should take her to Qld to train other children?

You could be on a winner there, I think half of Qld believes that children can't sleep if its still daylight......funny how all the kids in the UK deal with it!

States causing havoc with the rest of the world.... what's all that about then?
