Cricket - Match Drawn

Well we all know England really won the Final don't we. Australia all out, England not, end of chat! They make the rules up as they go along!

To be honest we had it in the bag at one point as did they, I would imagine both camps are disappointed.

Let the battle continue :D

I'm just glad we showed a bit of bottle for once and didn't do the usual crisis self destruction - maybe the Aussies will realise theres a bit more to this England side and its not just a case of turning up to win anymore!!!!!!

F**ked up innit? Does anybody know exactly why this is? I heard it was something to do with Murdoch & his lot wanting to put the ashes as late in summer as possible for TV rights but not sure on the exact details

But the one dayers are just for the media frenzied lot, the real battles are the tests, I mean, the captains must be pretty good to keep 10 men focussed through the ups and downs of a 5 day game.

But how can a 5 day match still end in a draw - I reckon they should have the equivalent of penalties at the end, imagine, now what would the rules be....
