Court Orders
I have a court oreder to take my 2 children out of the country (or in their terms "To Remove The Children From The Jurisdiction")
Anyway, my exhusband was okay about me taking them out of the country. Will this court order be sufficient for immigration or will I require a letter from ex?

Does it have a stipulation on the court order stating that they can be removed from the country for a certain period of time (ie 3 months) or no stipulation at all?

Doesnt really say a lot.
Just states that I and my partner have permission to remove the children from the jurisidiction (whatever that means)
Both my exhausband and I attended court, I told the judge what I wanted to do(take the kids to live in Perth) ex husband agreed they could go. Judge agreed . Just seems a bit strange the way it is worded
