Council Rates
Can anyone give me an idea of how much Council Rates are in North Lakes and in Bayside - $365,000 house on a 500,000 sq mt plot??

For Redlands expect about $2000+ annually for a standard suburban block, depending on the suburb.
That 500,000m² patch of dirt (in Raby Bay????
) will be a budget killer. WW
