Could anyone recommend a shipper from QLD to VIC for 2 bar stools
 

Hello

We have ordered 2 bar stools from a shop in QLD as the ones we need to match our existing ones are not available in Melbourne (local warehouse burned down :( ).

Can anyone recommend a courier company to ship them from QLD to Melbourne? We're in no hurry, so they can go by road.

We use this mob at work...weight limit of 25kg tho'..never used them interstate

Tried to answer you earlier on about this, then though info I had was duff!:o


However, you don't sem to have had many responses so this might be worth a try.

We had a full lounge "backloaded" from Melbourne to Brisbane three years ago. Looked out the old info, but only took sparse notes.

The "backloader" we used is no longer in the QLD phone book.

From my notes, I called two other companies.

Interstate: 1800 800 200

Caloundra: 1800 072 001

The number for the folk I used is (07) 5578 3055, but as I said, they're not in the phone book anymore.

Wish I'd taken better notes now:o

For your info we had two huge parts of sofa, (corner+chaise, massive) shipped from Melbourne to Brisbane for $225.

From initial enquiry to delivery was 10 days.

Hope this is of "some" use to you.

The people who supplied our sofas were Krup.
