Sydney is HUGE !!!
and so is the cost of living swing

Its very dependant on the area in which you want to live in.
I'm afraid you are going to have to do some more investigating yourself before you will get an accurate response to your question.
Good luck, and i hope to help you soon

I love Cremorne / Old Cremorne / Mosman, as well as Paddington; then there's Manly, Curl Curl and Freshwater! Depends what you're looking for city or beach living? Also where do you plan on working and how long do you want to spend commuting? Best bet is to rent near your work to begin with and then take some time to explore and see what floats your boat! There are loads of great areas but it depends on your expectations and budget.
