Cost of living around North lakes, brisbane
We are thinking of making the move in the next couple of years.
We are both UK teachers but only he will qualify to teach in QLD so I will be looking for other work.
I've read that it's very difficult getting a teaching job here so we are looking at a plan B.
Supposing the only jobs either of us could get were those at minimum wage, would a life in this area even be possible?
We have children so I will be looking to work only part time also as I'm assuming childcare will be very expensive.
Any advice?

contact the qld college of teachers first, as you'll need to know the process to be registered as a teacher: Contact Us - they can also give you an idea about the employment opportunities and the ways education departments/schools recruit
