cost of living
hi all ,waiting for visas,just wanted to some advice as to [when] we sell the house we will have roughly £80,00.00 to take over ,how much of a mortgage will we need for a $300,00 ,and how much does it work out a month any advice would be great thanks

There are mortgage calculator's available,
try to google mortgage calculator or i've used the one with nab on realestate.com.au, it will give you a rough idea. there are also lots of other financial links. most banks also have martgage calculators
Hope all goes well with the sale.

approx repayments over 30yrs:
$300k @ 6.0% = $1800 per month
$300k @ 7.5% = $2100 per month
$300k @ 9.0% = $2400 per month
$400k @ 6.0% = $2400 per month
$400k @ 7.5% = $2800 per month
$400k @ 9.0% = $3200 per month
