Hi All

Does any one Know the costs of clearing good through customs as were about to ship our things To Adelaide port but were told that we have to pay for customs clearance also we have to arrange the transportation of our belongings from the the port to our place of residence ??

Can anyone assist

Most shipping companies will include the cost of customs clearance (though AQIS is extra) and will deliver to your house. Does yours not offer that?

Shipping for us was door to door, UK to Australia. We have just paid $550 for clearance but i know others who have paid more and some that have paid less........... C x

Hi No just from uk to oz its cheep and i also have to pack it all myself
just trying to get costs for clearence and also cost for delivery but having no joy at mo

hi,

we have just paid $165 for clearance, but that was only for 12 boxes, probably more for larger amounts

we just paid aqis of $390 for 20 ft container

Its generally about $160 for inspection, but if they have to fumigate or destroy anything each item is extra.
