Coral coves and where can we find cheap land?

Coral coves and where can we find cheap land?
Hi
Just found a development called Coral Cove on the web. It is near Bundaburg and 3 hours north of the sunshine coast. It looks nice on the web and land plots are good for about $160000. Just wondered if anyone has heard anything about this development, good or bad. Also would like to hear any recommendations for cheap land along the Queensland cast, would be a dream to be 20 minutes from the sea but we only have a maximum of $180000 to spend on land and would much prefer to spend a lot less as we also need a car!!
Any advise or recommendations would be great, thanks guys.

If I was tempted to live in Bundie, along the coast would be the pick.
