Cooking a turkey.... safely!

For turkey cooking and other food safety, please check out:

http://www.britishturkey.co.uk/

On there, you'll find cooking calculators, de-frosting instructions, and how not to kill yourself and other family members through food poisoning.

(Whether you later knife your MIL to death during the Queen's speech is a whole different matter.);)

Cook safe everyone and have a lovely day.
