i,m a city and guilds qualified carpenter.i,ve just been promoted to superviser but my employer wants me to get my trade certs changed to australian.where can i get this done thanx

Try the DET they assess trade qualifications.

Most employers are more interested in bsa license than trade papers as the bsa deal with and process certificates
are you bsa licensed? in not have a look at this

i work under there licence.
we have a huge contract with the government doing the school thing.we build the demountable buildings.they only want my city and guilds converted to australian recognition.not sure how to do it cheers

Your in Queensland, contact your local DET Department Of Education & Training. It's their job to assess formal technical or tertiary qualification from overseas.
You take your paperwork to them, a bloke will sit at a desk & tut tut his way through your certificates & associated paperwork, I assume you have CITB cards etc. He will charge you a small fee & you will get a nice little certificate stating your Australian qualified
