Contents of Stat Dec
Hi all
Seems alot of us are in the same situation. My husband has not seen the DRAGON or his son for the past 7 yrs (son is 8yrs old).
We do not know her whereabouts & tried to contact her through the CSA but they can not help due to data protection act & they don't get involved with mediation.
We are having our medicals tomorrow & DIMIA also want my husbands son to have a medical. Even if we could find her there is NO way she'd allow the child to go for a medical & would do everything in her power to stop us going to OZ.
My husband is also making a Stat Dec tomorrow stating all of the above, but we were wondering whether we ought to state anything else in the Stat Dec.
We'd be grateful for you responses.
