container insurance

Well phoned letton percival up for a total loss insurance and he basically said that they dont insure for total loss only,but could be twisited to get a quote!
It was either he was pushing for a full insurance container premium,but the way he went about it was pathetic indeed.

Anyone else with a recommondation that actually wants to insure a container for total loss?
