Contacting Adelaide....eek....
 

Very quick question....has anyone ever contacting the Adelaide Skilled Processing office via the telephone? I sent some additional information (it wasnt requested by them but I thought it was required to clear up some areas of my application) and was wondering whether I could ring them to ensure its being acted upon (tried emailing with no replies).

We phoned a couple of times to ensure stuff we sent had arrived and they were very helpful. We only got to speak to the admin people and not to our case officer though. I guess they don't deal with these enquiries or they would get bogged down.
