Considering a stopover in Dubai?
No, not me, I never want to visit that rat-trap again 
but I have just found a useful thread on the Middle East forum about dress codes there - as a lot of people have talked of stopping there, I thought I'd link it....

what am i saying .....no i bloody didnt.....when posted to saudi i was ok as long as i stayed "on camp"
the minute i strayed into saudi arabia (even as a forces person) i wasnt allowed to drive, wear shirts or skirts/shorts shorter than wrist/elbow
and people ask me why i didnt see riyadh!!!!!!
