Default Confusingqualification recognition

I have an HND Civil Engineering and am trying to figure out costs for my qualifications to be assessed. IEAust are a bit confusing in there responses to me so I thought I'd try you guys.

My HND will fall under the Sydney Accord which cost about $250 to apply through. This is termed as a Civil Engineering Technologist but I am trying to get in under a class below (as it is on a STNI list) namely Engineering Associate. The person at IEAust told me to complete a CDR as well.

A CDR application is charged at $450.

What is the charge I ask myself repeatedly?

Any help appreciated.

Hello mate

Sorry I can't answer your question. I have an HND IT (Networking) and as far as I'm aware an HND is equivalent to a Diploma/Advanced Diploma from what I have researched, depends which website you view.

It's all a bit vague out there isn't it.
