Default Confusing visa issue

Wonder if anyone out there has any more understanding of the australian visa as I have been on the ozzy house site and I'm more confused now than before
Here is my situation. Bear with me as it may take some explaining. I had a lovely surprise as my lover of three years asked me on xmas day to move to Australia :scared: (where he lives). I live in the UK. So I plan to move to Australia next November. However the situation is complicated as my lover is married and will be seperated but not divorced by this time next year so I cant get a spouse visa. I work as a cleaner but don't have any of the skills listed for a skilled work visa. If I apply for any of the others it seems I can only stay for a year unless we are married within the 12 months. Would anyone have a clue which visa I should be looking at.
Many thanks and a great site

He has to leave his wife first, then come and live with you for a year, then you can apply for you spouse visa.

This kind of complex question is not one that can be easily answered on an online forum. You should consider getting some professional advice on the options - one source in the UK is Ian Harrop: http://www.ianharrop.co.uk
