Confirming employment dates problem
Help me please.
Due to poor memory and moving house several times. I need a way to find out the exact or near exact datesI was employed at certain company's.
This was some 14 years ago, although i had 3 jobs over a 4year period I have held last job 10 years.
These places no longer exist, but would like to get dates as I dont have pay slips etc nor P60's..
Please help....

Im new too I know it may sound obvious but have you tried contacting your tax office direct!
Iwas amazed to find i needed copies of credit card statements from 5 years ago that i dont even have the cards for anymore i thought it was gonna be hell but it only took one phone call, i know its not the same as tax office but they must have records.

Thanks kris I contact the tax office who only have records ten yrs old, but they put me in touch with the inland revenue who have helped me out. If anyone needs the address to get copy of employment history PM me..THIS is done through records of your NI contributions.
