I flew with Qatar Airways from EDI. Ann airline friend told me as I was travelling on a return ticket, this would go in my favour as the airline had already committed to bringing me to Scotland so they essentially have to get me back on my return flight. Words to that effect. Of course it means nothing if an airline no longer fly the route at all!

I feel for you. How long have you been stuck in Scotland for? I imagine you'll have work to come back to in AUS? Extremely stressful for you. Don't hesitate to ask any further questions. If I can help, I will :-)
