commuting from macleay island to Brisbane cbd
hi,
Have been doing some research into areas to live near Brisbane - found some nice properties on Macleay island - does anybody know much about the island and commuting into Brisbane - if not have you got any ideas about good spots near Brisbane which are located on the beach and on a good rail/bus route into the city

I wouldn't personally fancy that sort of journey twice a day but each to their own.

Most I've ever done was 50 mins. Currently do about 30-35 mins each way but as it's driving into the North Yorks Moors, it's not a bad journey! Worst traffic I see is the odd tractor
