Commonwealth Bank Migration account
Hi,
We are considering setting up a migration account with the commonwealth bank, has anyone have any experience of these accounts, or any advice on transferring monies to Australia.
Thanks in Advance
Jo

Re: Commonwealth Bank Migration account
I have opened a transfer account with CBA already. Some people say don't use them as they are expensive but if you have "realtionship" balances of over $20,000 they are effectively free. (Relationship balances means, loans, mortgages, savings etc).
As they have branches everywhere and have a specialist unit for migrants it seems the easiest option. We can always swtich at a later date.
