Yes they said no got to go in on the 23rd march cant go in before. They also want to charge me $15 for a letter of introduction.

If you like long ques, the highest fees, and below average service - the Comm bank is for you.

Well I have had excellent service each and everytime I have had to go to the branch and the internet banking works very well as well. I guess I might be the exception that proves the rule

I also do most of my dealings with them with Netbank but think they are okay. Just make sure you ask the right questions about low / no fee accounts and best rates of interest.
