Just found this one of Realestate.com... real house on a hillside..

And did you see that they have "Pets available on approval"?
Well, isn't that great! I have often wondered if we should or should not get a dog. Here we can get one "on approval", maybe for a month or two. If it doesn't work out we can give the dog back. What a great deal!

little bit of a slant there :P but at least its better than a lot of the rentals I see
most of them are not fit for dogs, the owners havent updated them in 15+years and just let them fall into disrepair. I went to one a couple of days ago it looked like something from the 70's and had big cracks going down just about every wall. I then made the mistake of looking at ones in the uk and saw I could get a beautiful 4 bed detached for the same price as a filthy old run down 2bed in perth, made me feel very home sick
