Default clotted cream in brisbane

I am on the hunt for clotted cream. I have got it before from coles at Toombul and also St James market but they don't have it anymore. Any one know where I maybe able to find it?

I've been using mascarpone cheese from Woolies (tubs with the deli cheeses) as a substitute. It is delicious and has a long fridge-life if you leave it sealed.

Hi Lesley's I got it from the brick works before too. Have to go there when I'm next on the coast.

I ***** annoys me when you go for scone and cream in a cafe (Devonshire tea if you like) and they use that **** awful squirty cream out of a tin that goes to water in seconds. Would it really pain them to use proper clotted cream.

If you are ever up on the Sunshine Coast look for Maleny Dairies cream, its not clotted, but its so thick the spoon stands up in it, got that lovely natural yellow glow and the rich taste. About a trillion calories I imagine, but its superbly luxurious.

Remember the 'you just squirt, squirt' adverts in the 1980s?
Aerosol cream.

Now in use as vanishing spray in the World Cup. ..not a new technology: it's been around for decades.

That's exactly my reason for buying mascarpone - it's perfect for scones. I came across it in a local coffee shop and assumed it was clotted cream - so I asked where they got it. They told me it was mascarpone.

Mamma Lucia Cheese : The Fresh Cheese Company

This is the creamiest I have found.
