Clarkson info please
Hi
Can anybody give me some info on Clarkson ?
It seems to be one of the few places within striking distance of Perth
where you can still get a decent house (4 beds 2 baths etc.) for under
$400k.
Is there a reason for this ? I'm thinking high crime lack of facilities etc.

Looksie some more on that one for loads of perth info including crime rates all over the place .
I think its a nice area and so does everyone i speak to that lives in the area.
The area has moved on a lot , not everyones cuppa tea , but where is?
You get some hoons in their cars , but thenthat happens all over Aus . House prices are shooting up fast $15k - 20 a month!
32 mins on the train to perth , 2 mins to the beach , pub opens in sept.
We got some nice neighbours , a house and garden thats 3 times the size of what i had in the uk .
You will know better when you arrive if its for you .

I believe some parts of Clarkson are quite nice, we are in banksia Grove, another cheaper subburb where you will get a 4x2 for around 350, but I reckon you will have to be quick as we are quickly jumping ut to meet Carramar prices, our place has done well for us in the last 18 months, and I have to say its a lot more than the regional average, so you can still get some very good deals out there.
Oh by the way if you want peace and quiet heres where you may consider, very quiet and had no bother at all.
