Default Citizenship approved

Hubby received a letter today to say that his citizenship has been approved, however mine and the kids didnt Asked him what will he do if we dont get approval, he said it was nice knowing you all:curse: He will pay believe me. Hopefully ours is just a day or 2 away.

How long after the interview were you approved, we had our interview yesterday.

about 5 weeks, but its not final until after the ceremony which can be any time in the next 6 months.

At the moment you just have to know your responsibilities and privileges but they do promt you if you get stuck.

The new test comes into affect in September i think.

Congrats ! just curious, do you have to give up being a british citizen ? do you lose the british passport?

NO!

At least, not if you are a British citizen. Different rules apply to other kinds of British nationals.
