Question Christmas PJs

Need some help please - I'm looking for boys jersey cotton shorty PJs!

FC always brings my 2 boys new PJs on Christmas Eve (it amazes them how he can sneak into their room whilst they're in the bath!) - but all I can find in the shops here are T-shirt style tops (which I want), but with satin style bottoms!!! Is this an Australian thing (the silky boxers), or am I just looking in the wrong places?!

I've only been here 2 weeks & am in the Melbourne area!

Thanks!
Big Ellie!

Have you tried K Mart or Big W or Target or Best & Less - these are all the ones I believe might have what you are looking for. Outside these you might need to try David Jones or Myers but will obviously might more expensive.

I would also consider getting the t shirt tops and short separately - possibly Christmas T shirts and get the loose boxers of Bonds or Essential Man label?

I tend to buy the pj bottoms for our lot and get different t shirt top depending on the person - nothing for hubby (yum) vest tops for daughter and baggy stuff for son. Me - I like to get mine for summer sent from home - M&S or Next and big fleecy pjs for winter bought from Target in their sales.

PS - tip for next year, I alway buy our stuff out of season, winter I buy summer and summer I buy winter in nearly everything. So next July look for your Christmas presents

Cheers

Hello!
I know what you mean about the silky bottoms! I do miss the good old Asda pyjamas!! I did get a couple of pairs here from Target which were "character" ones e.g. jj jet plane and bob the builder ones which had usual soft bottoms. My daughter likes her pjs with the silky bottoms but I haven't got any for my 3 1/2 year old! Good luck - let me know how you get on (I'll know where to go shopping next time!)

......you would think so, wouldn't you?!

I've already tried K-Mart, Target, Meyer & David Jones - will have to try Chadstone again this evening! My boys are 4 & 5 & just burst out laughing at the 'girly' silky bottoms ( !!!!!!) at the weekend.
