Christmas Gift Ideas To Send To The UK
Not sure if this is the right place to post but does anyone know of any web stores that sell Australian themed gifts to send back to the UK. I am mainly interested in gifts for kids and babies as a few of my friends back home have recently had children.
Thanking You in advance

Re: Christmas Gift Ideas To Send To The UK
Hi Simon, I too had the same problem and came across a web site called www.smallpost.com.au They specialise in childrens gifts and take care of the shipping back to the UK. I have used them several times now and hey have always been very efficient. They are competively priced and a no hassle solution which suites me fine.
Hope it helps

Australian geographic shop.
Their online shop doesn't seem to have the vast range that their physical shops do though.
I usually shop at the geo shop for pressies for our rellies kids.
Year before year I bought a little baby suit from one .. size was up to a year old going off memory ( they came in Wombat's and kangaroo sets). The wombat suit set that I bought for a nephew comprised of a little brown romper suit with the words I'm a wombat emblazoned on it, a hat with ears and a wombat soft toy, all which came in a little canvas wombat bag - it was light to post. I think it just cost me around $15 at the time for this suit set.
Also picked up a few soft toys that were suitable for young children/babies - a possum hand puppet, which looked very realistic - that was around $29 I seem to recall.
Anyway, for kids and big kids alike ;The geo shop is another good option . But I'd actually go to one of their shops because their online shop doesn't seem to have anywhere near their full range of stock.
cheers
