christmas decorations
 
Hi all,
Ive used the search facility and cant find anything on the first 11 pages and im going blind with keep looking....

what can we take and what cant we take - im on a culling mission with my decs now im taking them down!

im guessing im ok with ornaments etc

No pinecones! Try to avoid anything with natural stuff in it, like dried fruit or wood. Wooden ornaments if they are sealed/treated should be okay.

I agree, no pinecones! And try to avoid taking
anything that looks like one (even if it isn't).
Sometimes it's hard to see wether it's real or not.

Thanks, ive sorted all the real looking things out - bin/car boot bits.
Trees are going to car boot etc.
Just sorted out ornaments = metal & ceramic, lights, table setting stuff = its a bit tinselly but no berries/fir/leaves etc...

Im started my lists too...1 for the box & 1 for our file!

Its hitting home!!!:):)

So just to clarify ... i can ship my green imitation tree but i should take the pine cones off it ?

Yes. They will almost certainly charge you for destruction of them otherwise - (regardless of whether they are reall or not). The one thing AQIS always look out for is Christmas decs.
