China Eastern Airlines???
Hi
The bullet has been bitten and we've decided to do a reccie to Melbourne next March before we move over later in the year. Been getting quotes in and one of the companies suggested China Eastern Airlines. Said they are a new company and can do lower fares. Been quoted £580 incl tax for adult, £485 incl tax for child. For 3 adults + 1 child they beat: Singapore by total of £443.50, Malaysia & Cathay Pacific by £395, BA by £411.50 Emirates couldn't give us a child fare for some reason?? but they quoted £844.10 for adult (incl tax) :scared: Anyway, anyone heard of or used China Eastern? Re: China Eastern Airlines???
Have you checked Asiana Airlines? It's a Korean airline but is excellent in terms of service (not sure about cost from London but heard that it's competetive). You have to fly via Seoul but the airport there is good - very modern.
