Default Childrens Passports

I believe that when you finally get the magic visa a green sticker in put into your passport ?!?!?
Does this appy to all the children on the visa or just the adults? I'm asking because one of my kids passports runs out in 2 yrs so im thinking of renewing before the visa comes thru (hopefully). Are the stickers 'transferable from a current visa to a newly issued visa ??

Hope you understand my ramblings

I'm no expert, but I would assume that the visa sticker would have to be put in the passport that was listed in the visa ap. I personally wouldn't confuse the issue at this point by changing passports.

Visa's go in everyones passports. There's three options:

Renew passport now, then fill in the appropriate form to inform DIAC when it arrives. Visa' will then be put in the new one

Renew passport after visa grant and carry both the old and new (may cause delays at the airport though)

Renew passport after visa grant, then inform them when it comes and get the label transferred.

Easiest option is the first one

When we migrated there were three of us, 2 adults and our two year old daughter, we all got the visa sticker in our individual passports.
