I'm returning to Perth in Dec but will be looking for childcare for when I go back to work in Feb. My Mum is able to take my 2 1/2 yo daughter for 2 days a week, so I am looking for childcare for the other 3.

What I would like to know is where to start looking for a childminder. Is there any site like the childcarelink in the UK which helps you find a childminder/childcare in Perth???

Also is family day care the same as a childminder, but a different name?
