Apricot Nectar is used to make the best ever Apricot Chicken - you blend it with a packet of French Onion Soup mix, add a dash of soya sauce, pour it over the chicken pieces, cover and bake in the oven. Stir through a little light sour cream and there you have it.

Is it lunch time yet?

We really miss non-brewed condiment (the vinegar from UK chip shops) over here. It would complement chicken salt really well and make the frozen fried chips they serve up everywhere in Perth (except Little Creatures) a bit more bearable.

Anyone know of a supply?
