Chefs in the Brisbane area
 

Hi, hope to be moving out soon to the Brisbane area and will probably look to be working in the CBD area. Are there any chefs out there who can share what the job market is currently like, working conditions, salaries etc for someone in our trade.
Any info - good or bad - gratefully received.
