Default Chef / Cook job in Adelaide

Hi all

I have been a reader of this forum for a long time.

I am a candidate for State Sponsor 176 visa. I have been working as a chef for the last eight years. If anyone is living in Adelaide or was there before, can you please share some information about chef job market there and how much is an average rate.

Many thanks

Hi Mandy, I did tried for independent in the beginning but always fall on short in the writing part of the IELTS(Maximum 6.5). so i went for State sponsored. But i think its good for me now , because if i am not state sponcored, i probably have to wait long time to get a CO. Are u currently working in WA?

Oh ok - wasnt sure if you had looked at independant but as you have i will hush
yes i am working in WA, about 3 hours south of Perth. Loving every minute though the way they do things here leaves something to be desired, particularly food hygiene standards
