ahhh, thank you. Hubby is a bit scared due to house prices being as they are but looking forward to Euro 2004 that starts two days after we get back !!!!

Good if you're renting, which is probably the best idea for the next couple of years IMO to avoid losing capital value.

Now London's Docklands - that's a very diffent matter (fortunately I resisted the urge to invest in new off-plans there).
