Then in South Yarra Punt Hill Apartments were $205 per night but wife didnt like so used Caroline Street short term apartments at $175 per night including parking (2 bed).

We stayed in Arrow on Swanston http://www.arrowonswanston.com.au/
on New Years Eve and it was really good for the money we paid (2 bed appt) and had a tram stop right outside.
