Half an hour and 2 glasses of wine later :beer: I managed to download JVM from http://java.sun.com/. This apparently is Java Virtual Machine and now the chatroom works. I have no idea of the consequences of downloading this but nothing has blown up so far. I finally got into the chat room (having forgot my password and having to reset that :zzz: but no one was home. Made a change from writing to do lists though. :D
