Thumbs down Changing visa class has it left me screwed

Hello people

I applied for skilled ind. in July 02 -> Im in IT I have 2 years experience with an IT degree.

I had my skill taken of MODL which has left me with 110 points, and so I got my uncle to sponsor me, I'm just getting my documents together to send these sponorship docs with a letter explaining my situation to adelaide to change my visa class from Skill INd. to Skill sponsor(designated).

However I 've been told I would have to re-apply again and pay another fee. But the problem is ACS have changed the IT experience criteria, to 4 years for their skills assessment.

Can anyone let me know if this is the case.

Thanks
g
