Changing owner details on car rego?

Changing owner details on car rego?
Hi, Does anyone know if this is as easy as going to the driver licensing centre and applying for a form, filling it out and job done, or is it alot of certificates etc, the usual story stuff? Maybe getting it changed from partners name to mine. Thanks

Can't you change it online in WA?? I'm not 100% sure, when we travelled around OZ 15yrs ago we had a car from WA, alot of backpackers did, and I somehow remember this being down to the fact tha the rego was easily transferable
