Default changing agents

Can anyone let me know:
i have had my skills assessment done and one try at TRA refused and i am thinking about changing agents, so i get a bit more info and help with putting in another TRA.
If i change to another agent will i have to start from the beginning again and will it matter with the second TRA attempt that i am with another agent?
Any help would be fantastic as at the moment it is all going wrong.

If you want to change agents - check your terms of conditions with signing up as you may still be liable for the full fee to them. But its your choice if you want to change agents.
