Due to a financial oversight, the visa application has been put on hold for a couple of weeks.Our problem is, the house sale is still steaming along and it's looking unlikely that we will still be in the house when/ if ann-marie's visa comes through.

Has anyone else had these circumstances and had their visa sent to a different address than that on the application ?

You shouldn't have to.The post office will re-direct named mail to your new address or a post box or a family member etc.It doesn't cost a lot and is easy to set up.
