Chances of job reply if you're not in Oz
Well, lots of people including my friends currently in OZ advised me to apply job before going over to OZ and I did just as what they've said. Somehow, I've got no reply so far but my ex-colleague who's there have been getting immediate calls for interviews every single week. Is it true that employers there will totally ignore applicants from outside Australia?
