Chamber of Commerce and Industry letter?

Chamber of Commerce and Industry letter?
I`m 8 months into a visa application without any news but received a letter this week from the Chamber Of Commerce and Industry, telling me about a job vacancy suitable for me in Aus.
Has anyone out there come across this situation before?
Could it be something to do with the Skills Matching Database?
I am applying under skilled independent.
The letter explains that they are registered migration agents also.
Advice please

That`s what i thought but how have they obtained my address?
Has it been passed on from Adelaide via my application?

Could be anything to do with the application, you never know who is sharing what information these days. You could always ask about the job, you will know soon after as they will start the sales pitch.
