If you are PR, living and tax resident in Oz but sell a UK property whose CGT do you pay - UK or OZ?
Are there any exemptions - eg for
Obviously before we commit to anything significant we'd get it professionally confirmed for our particular situation - just trying to get my head around it and have some degree of accuracy in our expectations

held it for over x period of years? etc
