Certified Qualification Certificates
I have an BTEC HNC qualification, however the certificate has three parts:
- the certificate
- a Notification of Performance (i.e. Pass, Merit, Distinction etc)
- a transcript (i.e. A, A+, B, B+ etc)
I was going to send the first two, but should I send all three?

I think you must send the transcript too because it proves that the breakdown of the course (rather than just the title) is relevant to your occupation.
