CDR with IT skills

I have been advice once by ptlabs that CDR with IT skills can be sucessful. Now my question is if I being an electrical engineer send my CDR what category should I use, Electrical Engineer, or Engineer not classified anywhere else.
Since my degree in Electrical Engineering and skills in IT
