Hi I was wondering would anyone be able to help me, my partner is going for assesment with CDR as Engineering Associate, he has over 12 years experience and feels that he meets all the requirements set up in the CDR. However achademically he has a cert, not a diploma. Would he still qualify as engineering associate.
